Patchwork will stand or fall on its ability to make an impact, connecting practitioners and ensuring higher quality outcomes for clients.
We are looking for an evaluation partner who can work with us to understand the kinds of key indicators of impact that we need to prove the case for Patchwork.
We expect that there will be an initial set up phase of the evaluation, on-going support to the Project Director and Change Managers at a lower level during the year and further work at the end of the year to evaluate the impact of one or more Patchwork implementations.
We are open to either individuals or organisations taking on this side of the Patchwork project within the limits of the available budget.
